Place all ingredients into a bowl. Using a spiral mixer (or with hands) knead together for about 10 to 12 minutes to form a well-developed dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes. Scale, cut and mould into desired sizes and shapes. Cover with a greased plastic film or a damp cloth and keep aside in a warm place for a further 40 to 50 minutes or until the dough doubles in size. Remove the cover and place in a preheated oven, bake at 230°C for approximately 45 minutes for a bread loaf of about 400 gm - 450 gm. Bake with lots of steam.
