|PITA BREAD MIX
Place all ingredients into a bowl. Using a spiral mixer (or with hands) knead together for about 8 to 10 minutes to form a well-developed dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Dive the doing ball into 13 equal round balls, keep them covered and let them rest for 10 minutes. Roll each small ball into thick round sheets (Approx. 5 mm thickness) using a rolling pin. Let the flatbreads rest for approx 5 minutes. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 220°C for 4 to 6 minutes or cook for 2 minutes on each side on a medium flame using a skillet.
