METHOD
Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Using a spiral mixer (or with hands) knead together for about 6 to 8 minutes to form a well-developed (silky) dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let the dough rest for 20 minutes. Scale, cut and mould into desired sizes and shapes. Cover with a greased plastic film or a damp cloth and keep aside in a warm place for a further 50 to 60 minutes or until the dough doubles in size. Remove the cover and place in a preheated oven. Bake at 230°C for 30 minutes for a bread loaf of 400 gm or 15-20 minutes for bread rolls.
Professional Tip : Sugar and fat may be added if required
