RECIPE

1000 gm |
VEGETABLE OIL | 500 gm |
WATER | 400 gm |
METHOD
Place mix into a mixing bowl. Slowly add water & oil while mixing continuously with a spatula or whisk to form a smooth batter. If using an electric mixer with a whisk attachment, whisk on slow speed for about 2 minutes or until no lumps are left in the batter. Then scrape the mixture down thoroughly before mixing again for 4 minutes. Pour the batter into aluminium foil moulds. Place the moulds in a preheated oven and bake at 200ºC for 8 to 10 minutes
Professional Tip : Dust with powdered sugar and serve with a scoop of French Vanilla Ice cream.
