RECIPE

INGREDIENTS QTY (gm)
GLUTEN FREE BROWNIE MIX 400 gm
WATER (APPROX.) 100 gm
VEGETABLE OIL 50 gm


METHOD

Place mix into a mixing bowl. Slowly add water while mixing continuously by hand to form a smooth lump-free batter. If using an electric mixer with a paddle attachment, mix on slow speed for about 1 minute or until no lumps are left in the batter. Then scrape the mixture down thoroughly, add oil to the batter gradually while mixing at slow speed for about 1 minute or until smooth consistent batter is achieved. Scrape again and mix for 5 minutes at medium speed. Pour the batter into a mould/tray as desired. Place the mould/tray in a preheated oven and bake at 160ºC for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
